With more than 35 years of experience, Action Events is one of Australia’s leading providers of amusement rides and event entertainment. We supply an extensive range of major rides, children’s attractions, inflatables, and sideshow alley games, delivering tailored solutions for events of every size. Over the years, we have successfully managed more than 25,000 events, earning a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and quality service.

Founded in 1991 by Damian and Nicky De Jong, Action Events began with a single sumo suit featured on Hey Hey It’s Saturday. Today, the company has grown into a premier amusement supplier with a fleet of more than 60 rides for hire, supported by a team of trained, uniformed staff who provide courteous and professional service at every event.

Our services go beyond ride hire. We offer theming, transport, and removal, providing end-to-end support that ensures your event is delivered seamlessly. Action Events is also the proud host of the annual Berwick Easter Fair, a major community event that highlights our ability to manage and produce large-scale experiences.

Under the leadership of Director Damian De Jong a founding member and past President of the Australian Amusements Association and current member of the Melbourne Executive of ILEA (International Live Events Association) Action Events continues to set benchmarks for industry standards and event safety.

All of our amusements are fully insured with $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance, with the option of weather insurance available. Our commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction ensures peace of mind for our clients and a memorable experience for their guests.

It was so refreshing to speak with Sarah who was friendly, helpful and quick to respond and this didn’t waver once throughout the whole process of organising our school fair. Our last minute addition of bunting from their theming area was no problem. On time delivery of rides and the selection and the large variety or rides covered the ELC to senior students which made a brilliant day for all. Rides/delivery staff/drivers were friendly, helpful, on time, took our requirements on board and worked well together.
